- Protocol Management – Changed inactive/completed indicators to patient completion status.
- My Protocols – Removed active/inactive and completed/not completed filters and replaced them with a completion status filter.
- My Protocols – Old inactive and completed statuses were removed. All patients tied to these statuses (prior to the introduction of completion statuses) will show an indicator in the list, and entering the patient form will request selecting a valid completion status.
- Monitorings/Audits – Added new monitoring/audit types. Now monitorings can be created to determine the access of various external roles: monitorings (monitors), internal audits, external audits (auditors), inspections (inspector), ethics committee, and external regulatory.
- Monitorings/Audits – Added monitoring/audit remarks to the list, visible by hovering over the remarks icon.
Improvements
- Audit Trail – Improved performance of audit trail requests.
- Electronic Health Record – Modified visit selector behavior next to patient data. Previously, this selector only appeared when navigating from the waiting room and when the selected slot had an assigned visit. Now, whenever there is a selected protocol, this selector will be visible showing the last performed visit by default, with the option to load all previous visits.
- Electronic Health Record – Health record indicators (pending criteria, unresolved adverse events, unconfirmed dispensations, and unresolved comments) are now subject to the selected protocol, if applicable.
- Electronic Health Record – Added tasks involved in lab kit assignments.
- Login – Added missing translations.
- Logs – The PI shown in the header of each log is now first searched from the principal investigator selector, and if not selected, from users assigned as PI to the protocol.
- My Appointments – Added confirmation request when executing certain actions (enable/disable patients, mark/unmark as deceased).
- My Appointments – Added a quick action button to mark the slot as present and completed outside the action menu.
- My Appointments – Added action to mark the slot as completed when removing the completed status.

- Lab and Dispensing Tasks – Restricted marking/unmarking lab and dispensing tasks as completed. This status can now only be modified from the My Laboratories and Dispensations modules.
Bug Fixes
- Comments – Fixed an error where attempting to edit or resolve a comment occasionally failed to load the role correctly.
- Delegations – Fixed an error that occasionally prevented searching for users to delegate.
- Protocol Management – Fixed an error in comment generation on lab kit assignments, occasionally causing comments not to associate with the assignment.
- Login – Fixed an error where changing password due to expiration occasionally did not redirect to the login screen.
- Master Log – Fixed an error where grouped movement dates occasionally displayed differently from the actual dates.
- My Laboratories – Fixed an error where deleting a fasting assignment did not clear the fasting status, blocking appointment deletion.
- My Protocols – Fixed an error that allowed scheduling appointments on days with no clinic hours under the selected calendar.
- My Protocols – Fixed an error in automatic appointment scheduling that occasionally failed to find available slots when they existed.
