Data Processing

1. Data controller

Brainmart MED CT, with offices in Buenos Aires, Argentina, is the controller of the personal data collected through this site and the platform.

2. Categories of data

We process identification and contact data (name, email, institution, country), browsing data and, within the platform, operational data of the research center under eSource and ALCOA++ standards.

3. Purposes and legal basis

Data is processed for commercial management, service provision and regulatory compliance. The legal basis is consent, contract performance and compliance with legal obligations.

4. Processors and third parties

We may rely on technology providers (cloud infrastructure, email) acting as data processors under contract and with adequate security and confidentiality guarantees.

5. International transfers

Where international data transfers occur, they will be carried out with the guarantees required by applicable data protection regulations.

6. Security measures

We apply encryption, role-based access control, per-protocol segregation and immutable action auditing, in line with FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and ALCOA++.

7. Exercising rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, update and deletion, as well as inquiries about processing, by writing to proyectos@brainmart.tech.
